One Day Retreats

Silence is a form of practice.

These day or half-day long mindfulness events provide an opportunity to experience a prolonged period of silent practice, led by experienced teachers. You will be guided through a variety of practices, including body scan, sitting meditation, mindful movement and mindful walking in a structured way. The silent nature of the practice is conducive to turning the awareness inwards while practicing together in community.
